Cascades in Sterling is one of my favorite neighborhoods in Northern Virginia. It has the best of all worlds - a superb location, close to great restaurants & retail, highly rated schools, amazing amenities, micro-neighborhoods with diverse housing and pricing, and proximity to Algonkian Regional Park, a 'hidden gem' with incredible recreational options. It is a terrific place to call home.
